Last weekend we went to the Giants game. It wasn't Sophia's first Giants game but it was her first game after the Giants won the championship. Ha! :) Sophia had a lot of fun, I was so surprised she didn't complain at all. She was sitting there, clapping and watching every single play. Maybe it helped that we were eating the entire time we were there. My brother and his fiancee, who are visiting from Brasil, were there too making the day extra fun! :)

Happy Easter!
This Easter was the first one that Sophia actually got to enjoy. My husband's co-worker and his two neighbors threw an egg hunting party for all of the kids in their street. They had 400 eggs! Sophia had a lot of fun collecting all the eggs and playing with all of the toys. I have a feeling that as the years pass by, this time of the year is going to get more and more fun!

Sabbath School Fun
Sophia is beautiful all the time but she looks even prettier when she wears her cute church dresses! This weekend, Sophia wore this spring dress (that was inherited from Sophia's cousin Maddie) and she looked SOSO gorgeous, I could not stop staring at her! I took my camera to Sabbath School, however my camera is so old that it doesn't take good pictures inside. By the time we got home, she was too tired so I just took a quick picture with her but I need to make an outdoor photo shoot of her wearing this beautiful dress!

The three minute meal!
I started reading blogs because I wanted to read unbiased reviews about baby/child products written by real moms. I have learned so many useful tips from mothers/bloggers, that I thought I should thank them by sharing one of my mommy tips. I came up with a quick (very quick) meal to make in case my 17-month-old daughter doesn't want to eat what's is available.
Microwave each ingredient for one minute. You will need:
1) Frozen vegetables (any kind you want: mixed, green beans, corn, etc) WITH water (you would think that's a given, but it's not...ahem..to my husband.)
2) One veggie patty. Sophia loves the turkey hamburguer from Morning Star.
3) One potato. After microwaved, cut it up and add butter and salt. (Most of the time, instead of making a potato, I just warm up white rice that I had made one or two days before.)

Santa Cruizin!
It's April and it's nice and warm! I can finally take Sophia to my favorite place in the world: the beach. It's so much fun to see her enjoying herself while I am tanning and enjoying myself too! :-) Yesterday we made our first (beach) day trip of the year to Santa Cruz; and we were so excited that Tia Larissa, my best friend, was there with us too!
